How did you discover Disc Golf?
When I was a kid, probably 7-8 years old, I had a neighbor who took me out disc golfing one time. I didn't understand it but remember I had a great time playing. I didn't think about the sport again until I was about 20 and ended up taking an introduction to disc golf class as a college credit because I wanted to try it out again and learn more about the sport. I had a background in tennis which really helped my form and weight transfer so I was able to naturally pick up the game at a level that allowed me to compete.
What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?
My proudest disc golf moment was my second win where I came back from down 3 strokes with 7 holes to play to win by 4. I was able to get aggressive and birdie 5 of my last 7 holes on a difficult course forcing my opponents to play out of their comfort zone to try to keep up.
What are your practice routines?
I love trying to get out to do some field work when the opportunities arise. During the winter months, I have my basket set up in my basement to allow me to practice putt after dark.
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
It's easy to pick up a disc like a distance driver and want to throw that off the tee because it's listed as a max distance disc. Instead, disc down and start throwing putters and mid ranges more. You will typically get the same or more distance and have a much easier time controlling the disc.

Comment: "The Tui is such a nice throwing putter that will glide for days. Great for a late turnover to finish off to the right for a RHBH throw "
