How did you discover Disc Golf?
I received a beginner set for Christmas in 2018 and didn't know what to do with it. Then, one day in spring 2019, I went to the local course and tried it out. While I could always throw an ultimate frisbee quite far, what I discovered that day exceeded my imagination. I got hooked immediately...
What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?
It's the recent putt and birdie on hole 18 (medium magma Takapu) at Krumlovska Klendra in 2024, where I finished in fourth place and played a 991 - rated round. Let's hope for more to come this season.
What are your practice routines?
Putt a bit, throw some approaches, putt a bit, throw some approaches, try different lines with different discs. Then, finish with a few power shots using drivers. Friendly rounds with friends are good practice too - perhaps more mental than physical.
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
Play for par when the course gets a bit more challenging. Enjoy the process.
