Disc Golf Career

Professional
Started Disc Golf in 2019

How did you discover Disc Golf?

I actually learned and started disc golf way back in the early 2000s, but I never played more than casually at best, but starting in 2019 I started watching some Pro Tour Coverage on Jomez Productions and really decided to dive-in head first and to worked on improving from there.

What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?

It was during the 2022 Silver Cup and we were playing at Rollin' Ridge for the first round and behind us, there was a card with Cale Leiviska and Nate Perkins and I was first up to drive on one of (in my opinion) the most difficult holes at Rollin' Ridge, Hole 9 and I threw a beautiful flip-up to turnover with my Forest Green Atomic Pekapeka and got cheers and comments on the smoothness of my throw as well from both Nate and Cale!

What are your practice routines?

I am lucky enough to live across the road from a high school and there is a field that I can throw into from my driveway, so I can get in good reps in practicing my drives for both distance and accuracy as they are the WEAKEST part of my game. Other than that, I also do "Twice or its Luck" inside Circle 1 when playing a casual round at any course. If I make the first putt, but not the second putt, it doesn't count. My scores definitely show it if I am off my putting game that day!

What is your go-to tip for beginners?

Put in the work, but also remember to have fun. Do Putter only rounds a LOT!
