When/how did you discover disc golf and knew you absolutely loved it?
2013, I played my first round EVER at Hillcrest farms here in Prince Edward Island! Little did I know I was playing at one of the most favourited courses in the world. Combining the scenery with activity was a perfect blend, and I knew I was hooked then.
What’s your favourite RPM Disc in your bag right now and why?
Takapu, it is a comfortable/smooth putter. It catches the chains perfectly and always feels right coming out of the hand.
Do you have any practice routines? If so, what are they?
I am currently working the Ready Disc golf, completing their MOVE and Foundations programs this offseason. As well as keeping their pre-round warm up a ritual before rounds/tournaments.
What are your goals for the current season?
To win a MA1 tournament this 2023 season!
Do you have a proudest disc golf moment?
Placing in the top ten (MA2) at Canadian Nationals last season.
What is the most memorable disc golf battle you’ve experienced/witnessed?
My first ace playing with my brother-in-law Mitch!
What is your go to tip for disc golf beginners?
Listen to your body (what feels right/wrong) and ask questions! Join a local league or club, play a round with some new players, get out and learn through experiencing disc golf.
If you could play any course in the world and bring along any 3 disc golf friends, where and who would it be?
Maple Hill, with my brother-in-law Mitch, as well as pals Blaise and Brad.
