Lived near a small public park, Rosedale. After driving past it a few times had a go and fell in love. I’ve always sought out competition in sports so it was natural to follow that path in Disc Golf too.

Get the putts warm up from no further than 7m out. Throw each disc in the bag once.

For the 2023 season, I have set my goals to move on to MPO. I don’t expect to be close to winning, I just want to keep my steady improvement up with a higher ceiling.

Winning my first tournament was not something I had expected. I threw very cleanly in round one and got myself into a lead. I realised I could win this if I stayed clean and managed to stay ahead all four rounds.

Nationals 2023 at Berhampore. Watching in person Jay and Levi, NZs young super talent, fighting head to head down the stretch for the National title was such an awesome experience.

Enjoy it through the learning process. Success means failing and learning why then learning how to overcome it.
