When/how did you discover disc golf and knew you absolutely loved it?
I have always loved throwing frisbees and seeing the baskets at Eely Point in Wanaka, I thought I'd give it a go. I've been hooked ever since.
What’s your favourite RPM Disc in your bag right now and why?
Tui! Such a versatile putt, approach and throwing disc which has glide for days.
Do you have any practice routines? If so, what are they?
What are your goals for the current season?
To win another NZ tour event and keep increasing my rating towards the 1000 mark.
Do you have a proudest disc golf moment?
Winning the 2022 Wahi Tapu NZ tour event in Ohau against some quality competition
What is the most memorable disc golf battle you’ve experienced/witnessed?
This would have to be the 2023 Lords and Ladies of Lismore NZ tour event in Wanaka. I was down 7 strokes going into the second round and ended up pushing a 3 hole play-off.
What is your go to tip for disc golf beginners?
Timing is more important than brute strength, slow things down and don't try to throw as hard as you can.
