How did you discover Disc Golf?
I had never heard of disc golf until I moved to Wanaka, New Zealand in 2013.
On my first day of meeting my new boss he told me about it, and he immediately drove us straight to the nearest course a few minutes away. I loved it straight away and played every single day, both on my way to and back from work!
What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?
Getting an ‘Ace’ on the hobbit holes at Paradise!
What are your practice routines?
Start with 10 minutes of physical preparation, including dynamic stretching and warm up.
Move onto some 10m putts and get a feel.
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
Get a mid range and practice a smooth release.
