Started Disc Golf in 2020
How did you discover Disc Golf?
A group of my friends let me tag along for a round back in 2020 at Hillcrest Farms! Being surrounded by nature, being active, and having my friends around me doing something good for our bodies… it was a no brainer that I would be hooked!
What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?
Winning my first MA1 tournament this season at Rosevalley, PEI!
What are your practice routines?
1-2 Causal rounds a week
1-3 putting practice evenings
5 days a week training in the gym
And 1 competitive round on the weekends!
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
Try joining a local club, league, or course! Ask your friends to come with you, try and enjoy being outside while staying active! Ask around for disc reviews and preferences, really dive into local members!!
