Started Disc Golf in 2021

How did you discover Disc Golf?

I was on a run through the park during Covid lockdown and I saw people playing. Curiosity got the better of me and I ended up becoming hooked very quickly.

What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?

Winning NZ FA1 National Champ title in 2023

What are your practice routines?

Don’t really have one. I go with the flow and my warm up is determined by how I’m feeling before a round. At the very least, I’ll do some putting though.

What is your go-to tip for beginners?

Just go for it. You have no thing to lose and everything to gain
