What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?
Bringing disc golf to a behavioral health hospital as a therapy session with grounding. The hospital stabilizes adults living with personality diagnosis as well as depression and my brother and I were able to bring baskets and discs to the hospital and put together a therapy session to incorporate the beautiful game of disc golf.
What are your practice routines?
Warm up stretches focused on back, shoulders, anterior tibialis and hamstrings. Then put from 15ft, 25ft, 33ft and 40-45ft then a couple from 100 to warm up my nose angle and spin.
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
Slow down. When putting if you control your breathing you can set a better putting routine and become more consistent.
