Update on NA Orders
As many of you have already noticed, we are changing the order statuses from Hold to Processing to Completed. I’m going to explain what this means for you.
If your order status has been changed to Completed, it is because we have packed all your discs, sealed the package, and put your address on it so that it’s ready to go. However, updated invoices (with applicable discounts and shipping costs) have not been sent out yet, and we are not expecting payment from you at this stage.
I will release an announcement once updated invoices have been sent out so you will know exactly when you are expected to pay for your orders and receive your brand new discs. 🙂
