This announcement is to address our plan for Team RPM 2024 as the new year approaches to make sure you know what’s happening and how it effects you.
Firstly, a reminder for our Parliament players: as of this announcement being posted, you have one week to submit your player results to be eligible for player end of year benefits. Please see your contract for more information. Benefits will be distributed on the 7th of January 2024 and you will be entitled to them even if you choose not to remain on the Team. Crown members, you will automatically receive benefits for your event results regardless of whether you submit them.
The following news concerns all members of Team RPM. On Monday the 8th of January, you will receive an email from us regarding your membership going forward into 2024. As long as you have not violated your 2023 contract, you will be offered an automatic position on our 2024 Team and be placed in the Team that we believe bests suits your abilities, whether that be Tribe, Parliament or Crown. The email will have instructions on how to secure your place on the Team and accept your offer of sponsorship. The deadline for accepting the offer will be the 22nd of January 2024, giving you two weeks to think it over. During this period, we are happy to discuss your sponsorship with you.
Furthermore, we will be initiating a new website system for Team members next year that we believe will make your experience better and easier. All relevant information regarding this new system will be included on the email, as well as instructions of how to interact with it. Since it will be new, we will be relying on you to reach out with feedback so that we can further improve the system to accommodate to you. We are excited to see what you think.
As some of you may already know, next year we will be trialing a new way of doing the Team apparel allotment. Instead of the odd order online and get reimbursed system that we previously had, we are changing to do a bulk order shipment at the start of February. The details are still being finalized and we will update you fully in your Team 2024 email that you will be receiving on the 8th of Jan.
