How did you discover Disc Golf?
I discovered disc golf by playing with my girlfriend, our second date we played a round of in about a foot of snow, but I've been hooked ever since.
What is your proudest Disc Golf moment?
Winning the Sea to Sky Open in 2022, in Squamish, BC. It was my first B-Tier event I ever participated in, and was a great time. Their Tournament Committee does a great job. After not being able to get much going in the first two rounds of the event and sitting at -3, something clicked for me in the third round, shooting my highest rated round to this day, and posting a -9 to win the event.
What are your practice routines?
One of my favourite putting drills is to make 3 putts at 15 feet, then 3 putts from 20 feet, then 3 putts from 25 feet, all in a row. If you miss, you restart. Adds a bit more pressure in the closing putts.
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
Progress comes in so many different forms, and so many different paces. Don't get down comparing where you are at to others, focus on your own game and being better than you were last week. It will only serve to disrupt comparing yourself to other disc golf peers. Your only real competitor is yourself.

Comment: "The Tui is a disc that is glued to my hip. It is my primary disc within 150 feet, and maybe the disc I feel most comfortable with in my hand."
