Tying for 1st on world am doubles championships.
What are your practice routines?
I will go out with one specific thing in mind to wprk on and try not to bounce around to much.
What is your go-to tip for beginners?
Dont go above a mid-range untill you can throw them 250-275 feet they will teach you proper form
